Strongman Conditioning and Fitness

After purchasing some strongman equipment, this was my first attempt at using it all! As you can see, this was quite challenging from a strength and fitness point of view. Strongman training is quite versatile in that it can be manipulated for different results. Use the heaviest weights you can handle and perform more yolk walks and farmers walks for better strength gains, and use lighter weights incorporating more sprints, sled drags and tyre hits for fitness gains.
