If you have to take out a second mortgage to afford Personal Training… it may not be the best choice for you. If you willing to make short term monetary sacrifices to enjoy long term fitness or sports success, then feel free to apply today.

How many times do I train a month?

The average is 4, but can be as little as 1 and as much as 12 or more depending on you. The less you see us, the more you need to be doing in your own time.

How many weeks do I have to train?

Training should be a journey, not a destination and therefore we strongly encourage you to continue to train for as long as you can! Training should be at least a 12week commitment as we have found that those who quit within this time generally do not receive the true benefit of the program. If you feel that you can not make a 90 day commitment to yourself and a program that GUARANTEES your success… then this may not be for you.

Where exactly do sessions take place?

Sessions take place at our gym (www.fitperformance.co.uk) located at Unit 4, Orchard View Industrial Estate, Harding Elms Road, Crays Hill, CM11 2UH

What sports are best suited for Abs Personal Training?

All sports will benefit from training – we work specifically with rugby, tennis and martial artists as well as footballers, weightlifters and ‘weekend warriors’!

How fast will I see results?

It depends on how hard you are willing to work, how often you attend your scheduled sessions, how well you look after your body, through appropriate rest and nutrition, and what you are doing when you are not training. Bottom line is… our programs GUARANTEE results providing you follow them! See them through and you WILL get strong, powerful, fast and lean in the minimum time.

I already go the gym, why do I need Personal Training?

We design highly detailed and scientifically sound exercise programs based on many years of hands on experience and knowledge. We have read hundreds of books and journals, and attended over £10,000 worth of seminars and courses simply so that we can provide you with everything you need to be the BEST. Have a look around next time you are in the gym… ask yourself, how many people look like they are training properly or seem to have an actual program in which they can follow. I bet that 90% of them have looked and performed the same way since they joined the gym.
