Snatch Progressions – Learning the snatch

A good way to learn the Snatch or warm up prior to weightlifting. Progressions are as follows:

1- Behind neck snatch grip press
2- Overhead squat
3- Slow snatch balance
4- Snatch balance
5- Snatch rotation
6- Hang power snatch
7- 1st Pull deadlifts
8- Power snatch
9- Snatch
