Max front squat, snatch, C&J, stiff legged deadlifts 28/03/2015

Currently running a 10×3 squat program and today was max front squat day where I hit a PB of 145kg & 151kg at 84kg bodyweight. Followed with some light technique snatches 5×1 at 74kg, clean and jerk at 91kg with 1 minute rest between sets. Finished session with 3×5 at 150kg stiff legged deadlifts
