Intense Kettlebell Workout

Looking for a hard cardio session but only have limited time? Well try completing this in under 10minutes:
2 KB snatch, 2 KB squat, 2 KB clean, 2 KB squat, 2 KB swing, 2 KB squat, 2 KB swing (hands outside of legs), 2 KB squat, 2 KB push press, 2 KB squat, one minute 2 KB overhead hold, 2 KB squat, ten burpees, 2 KB squat… Perform 10 repetitions of each exercise. You can rest as much as you need but it’s a running clock so don’t have too long! Aim to beat your time each week
