Claire and Sylvia with heavy squat singles

Squats up to a heavy single today for Claire and Sylvia with a 90kg and 85kg respectively.
Both are training for our competition on 1st July. Sylvia likes to keep me on my toes with a squat that was so slow, I was using the calendar to count how long it took to stand up!
