<p>Been following a 8 week program which started week 1 with multiple sets of triples at 65% before ending week 7 with a few sets of singles at 94%. I finished the program a week early as was on a seminar at Brunel University so ended up maxing there. I managed to hit PBs in every lift so am happy with the progress of it all!
